CC Field Operations was founded by Cassandra Clevenger, a nonprofit leader and systems strategist with more than a decade of experience advancing community development, food systems transformation, and climate policy across Northeast Ohio and statewide. Cassandra’s work sits at the intersection of strategy and implementation. I help teams move from vision to execution with practical workflows, decision points, and accountability rhythms.
